The rights of a video in YouTube based on this license is, The uploader is the only one owner of the video. No one have rights to download the video. And No one have rights to edit the video. The others have no rights publish the video in any other places or websites. They only have
rights to view that video. Many of the videos in youtube have the rights base on this license
Commons License
The rights of a video in YouTube based on this license is, Everyone has rights to use the video in anywhere. The uploader of a video gives the all rights to everyone. Everyone can download, edit and translate the video. The uploader cannot band the use of the videos by others after he give the license to the video.
