Official Galaxy C8 pics leak, looks like a China-bound J7+

The Samsung Galaxy C8 is edging closer to an official unveiling as the leaks involving it are intensifying. A set of very official-looking press images has surfaced showing the device from all sides and solidifying the information that it will pack a dual camera on the back.

The phone in the leaked set of pics looks just like the recently announced Galaxy J7+ (previously rumored to be called the Galaxy C7 - yeah, it's complicated). The Galaxy J7+ was announced for the Taiwanese market and the Galaxy C8 will likely be its counterpart for China. What the Galaxy C7 will turn out to be is anyone's guess.

The Galaxy C8 is expected to carry the model

number SM-C7100 and have nearly identical specs. That should mean a dual camera on the back made up of a 13MP f/1.7 and 5MP f/1.9 modules, a 5.5-inch 1080p Super AMOLED screen and a Mediatek chipset.

The dual cameras will feature the Live Focus feature of the Galaxy Note8, which lets you adjust the amount of background blur of your photos.
