Yesterday's Huawei nova 3 leak has been confirmed to be accurate after the phone popped up on numerous Chinese websites, revealing looks and specs.
The new midranger series will have a dual camera + LED flash setup both on the back and the front. It is also expected to arrive with 18:9 taller display and a fingerprint scanner below it.
The images from TENAA reveal what the Huawei nova 3 with model number HWI-AL00 looks like, and hands-on images of the phone show the phone from all angles.
Huawei nova 3 hands-on
The phone will have a 3.5 mm jack on the bottom, next to the USB-C and a speaker grill. On the bottom sits the IR blaster and noise-canceling mic. Design-wise the nova 3 is nothing spectacular - simple antenna bands following the top and bottom edges of the phone. The SIM slot is on the left, and we are yet to know if it can also house a micro SD card.
Screenshots on Weibo confirm the tall display and give out the resolution - Full HD+. The chipset should be Kirin 670, with the hexa-core CPU clocked at 2.2 GHz. The dual camera on the back is said to be 20 MP + 16 MP, while the selfie snappers are 20 MP + 2 MP. All this setup is powered by a 3,340 mAh battery, but we see micro USB in the list, meaning this last bit of the leak might not be completely accurate.
