Samsung just officially listed the Galaxy J7 Duo (2018) on its website, bearing all but the price. The page has since been hidden suggesting that someone over at Samsung India might have jumped the gun.
As expected the Galaxy J7 Duo (2018) comes with 5.5" Super AMOLED screen of HD resolution, a 13MP f/1.9 + 5MP f/1.9 dual camera at the back and an 8MP selfie snapper. The battery inside is a 3,000mAh unit. Software is based on Android 8.0.

That phone packs in an octa-core processor clocked at 1.6GHz coupled with 4 gigs of RAM and 32 gigs of storage. A hybrid second slot means you can either have dual SIM or microSD memory expansion.
There's no mention of the Galaxy J7 Duo (2018) having Bixby support, although that was found in a leaked manual recently.
The listing doesn't say how much the Galaxy J7 Duo (2018) will cost nor when it will be available for purchase but Indian retailers have shared some details - expect the Galaxy J7 Duo (2018) to be priced at INR 16,990 or around €210.
