Two new vivo phones stop by TENAA

Shortly after the vivo Z3 launch, the Chinese vendor is prepping up another release for the mid-range segment. Actually, a TENAA listing tells a story of two devices with different model numbers (V1818A and V1818T) and identical specs. Supposedly, one of them is aimed at a carrier.

A 6.22-inch IPS display with 720 x 1520 (HD+) resolution takes up most of the front panel. We can also see a fairly thick chin and a familiar earpiece grill, hinting at a waterdrop-styled notch, housing the 8MP front-facing camera. The

device is powered by an octa-core CPU clocked at 1.95 GHz, which could translate into MediaTek Helio P60.

The chipset is paired with 4GB of RAM and 64GB of internal storage, supporting microSD card expansion of up to 256GB. A dual-camera setup is placed on the back consisting of a 13MP main camera and a 2MP secondary one for depth sensing. There's a 3,935 mAh cell keeping the lights on and of course, Android 8.1 Oreo is pre-installed out of the box. Naturally, it comes with vivo's own FuntouchOS on top.

Since TENAA has already approved the device for the market, it won't be long before it hits shelves.
