Do You Need 5G Mobile on 2019 in India ?

Do you need 5G mobile ? This is a simple question but the answer is little complicated.  In this article let's see about it.

Why 5G Phones is important? 

 Due to Jio 4G, most of the Indians are using 4G LTE on their mobiles. They give many 4G packs at low prices . So most of us using 4G in india. But India is a most population country. So Many people using 4G from a small area, so the density of the 4G users are high, Due to this the 4G Bandwidth is get saturated.

What is Bandwidth Saturation?

  Assume the network as a highway road and 4G users as vehicles. In the road when the number of vehicles are increase, The traffic also increases, so the moving speed of the vehicles is decreased.

Like this, when many users use 4G from a small area, the speed of the network is decreased.

The 5G technology is trying to fix this problem. By fixing this problem we can access high speed internet.

But to use 5G network, there is some

problems.

1) Pricing

  Always, when a new technology is introduced, the price of the technology is high at starting. So in this time, if 5G is included in a phone, the price of the phone will be increased.

How much will be increased ?

The Oneplus mobile company already told about that if 5G is included in a phone, minimum 200$ (14000 RS) money will be increased of the phone.

So at the starting stage the 5G can only implemented on flagship mobiles only. It is very rare to implement 5G feature on budget premium phones.

Even Samsung also is not giving 5G feature on their flagship phone S10 by default. This Samsung S10 phone comes with Snapdragon 855 chip.

So I think that it is not worth to waiting from 5G phone at this time. Especially if you think to buy a mobile within 700$ (50000 RS). And it is rare to get a 5G phone at this price in 2019.

2) Network and Bandwidth

  Even if you buy 5G mobile from china, the network working bandwidth may be different between  countries. For example assume india use 2000 Mhz to 2400 Mhz frequency bandwidth. but other country may use 800 Mhz to 1400 Mhz bandwidth. So the phone manufactured for that country can only accept 800 Mhz to 1400 Mhz. So other bands can not be used by that phone

So it may not be possible use that phones at india.

3) Signal

   India is a big marketing place, So there is a possible to be introduced a 5G mobile by anyone brand. But you should have a 5G network for use 5G feature.

In india even 4G is roll outing is not finished. Till now, when we are traveling in a bus between cities, some times the phone signal jumps to 3G or 2G network from 4G network.

So at the starting 5G will be only available at only some cities.

So in this time, waiting for 5G phone is worthless in India...
