Oppo Reno front full-screen design leaks in hands-on video

Oppo will release the Reno on April 10, and we know it will have 10x zoom. It will arrive in three colors and will have plenty of hardware variants, but one of the big questions was the front panel. Thanks to a leaked hands-on video, we finally know the the phone will have a full-screen design - no notches, no holes. This means the selfie camera will likely be in an elevating mechanism, although we might be up for a surprise.

Although there are two weeks until the official launch, we are already pretty sure the Reno will have a 5G variant with Snapdragon 855, and another one with the Qualcomm chipset but without the modem for gigabit speeds. It will run the ColorOS 6, based on Android Pie, and the massive zoom will come from the telescope lens we’ve already tested.

Previous rumors also suggested a 48 MP camera with a dual aperture (f/1.5-f/2.4) like the one in Oppo R17 Pro, 50W Super VOOC charging and up to 12GB RAM for a Lamborghini Edition. The display will be Dynamic AMOLED with a fingerprint scanner underneath, and we’re waiting to see if it will be ultrasound like the Galaxy S10 or optical like every other manufacturer.
