After releasing its latest Fit wearables across Europe and Asia, the Galaxy Fit and Fit e are making their way to the US and Canada.
Both trackers cover all the basics in terms of recording workout data in a lightweight package. The most noticeable difference between the two is that the regular Galaxy Fit comes with a larger color screen and interactive notification support while the Fit e sports monochrome screen and more limited functionality.

The Galaxy Fit features a 0.95-inch full-color AMOLED screen and packs the Cortex M33F SoC. One of its advantages over the Fit e is the support for notification interactions as well as its larger 120mAh battery which Samsung claims will last 7-8 days.
If you don’t need those features, the Fit e offers all the fitness tracking capabilities of the regular Fit in a more affordable package. You’ll have to make do with its smaller monochrome display and 70 mAh

Both bands come with MIL-STD-810G ruggedness, Bluetooth 5.0 support and run on Samsung’s proprietary FreeRTOS software. The Galaxy Fit comes in black and silver colors while the Galaxy Fit e is offered in black, white, and yellow. The Galaxy Fit goes for $99 in the US and CAD150 in Canada while the Fit e will set buyers back CAD70 as is not listed on the US site yet. Shipments stаrt on June 18.
