Vivo has been attracting quite the healthy amount of fan attention since the official debut of the S1 earlier this month. Not to be confused with the other S1 vivo launched in China a few months ago, this one is actually a re-branded vivo Y7s. It first made its way to Indonesia and is now headed to India. Cut-throat markets where a phone really needs to shine in the value department to have any chance of success.

As per an industry insider, starting [August 7, the vivo S1 will retail for INR 17,990 (about $260) on the India market. That's for the entry-level 4GB RAM, plus 128GB storage option - the same one that already launched in Indonesia. The source also claims there will be two more memory

The vivo S1 comes with a 6.38-inch 1080p+ Super AMOLED touchscreen, the MediaTek Helio P65 chipset, a 16 MP (wide) + 8 MP (ultra-wide) + 5 MP (depth sensor) triple rear camera setup, a 32 MP selfie shooter and a 4,500 mAh battery. It also features an in-display fingerprint reader and runs on Android 9 Pie with vivo's Funtouch 9 on top.
