Remember when it was cool to write l1k3 tha7? Well, Realme is trying to bring back the trend for some reason with the marketing campaign around the Realme 5 series.
The new phones are launching on August 20, according to a teaser on Flipkart, where Realme is asking to join “the real 5quad”.

Obviously, Realme is sticking to the “5quad” term, since the 5 will have a quad camera. However, we had hands-on with the camera setup and we were told that the 64 MP shooter will arrive in time for Diwali, which is on October 27.
This means the Realme 5 and eventually the Realme 5 Pro will have a regular snapper, likely a 48 MP one.
Realme 5 and 5 Pro won't come with a 64MP camera
While we don’t know the sensor behind the main snapper, we expect the second camera to be ultra-wide-angle snapper, accompanied by a Super Macro camera and a depth sensor for portrait photos.
Other specs are yet to be revealed, but knowing how Realme teases its devices little by little, we expect to know more in the next 8 days, leading to the announcement.
