This week in Android: Decade in review and smartphones vs compact cameras

This week we took the opportunity to look back at the last decade, publishing our favorite Android phones, apps, and games that came out between 2010 and 2019. We also had a look back at the changes over the decade at Google/Alphabet and streaming media.

As for news, Xiaomi was in hot water this week, after a bug in its Mijia security camera allowed users to see feeds from other peoples' homes. It was quickly rectified, but it's a terrifying reminder of what can go wrong with smart home tech.

Samsung officially announced the Galaxy S10 Lite and Note 10 Lite, after months of rumors. No news on pricing yet, but expect even more announcements next week as CES kicks off in Las Vegas.
