Announced in China last month, the Red Magic 5S is now up for pre-orders globally. The latest member of the gamer-focused nubia sub-brand will sell for $579 / €579 / £539 in its base 8GB RAM and 128GB storage variant. The 12/256GB model will go for $649 / €649 / £599. The pre-order event will be up for one week before open sales tip-off on September 2. In addition, users will be able to snag the Ice cooling Dock for $44.90 / €44.90 / £40.90.

The phone packs a 6.65-inch AMOLED display with a 144Hz refresh rate, the Snapdragon 865 and a 4,500 mAh battery with 55W charging. It’s also the first device on the market with a silver-plated cooling chamber which should result in better conductivity and a 5% improvement compared to conventional systems.
