We have the just-unveiled Realme 7 5G at the office and while we're working on its review, let's go over what makes this phone one of the best value propositions for a 5G phone.
It costs just €229 at its initial promo price and for that you get a complete package - USB cable, 30W charger and a case.
The styling and materials used in the Realme 7 5G are the same as on the rest of Realme's 7 series. The rear has a matte plastic finish with Realme's distinctive reflective styling. It feels nice in the hand and is light and reasonably compact.
There are four sensors on the rear of the Realme 7 5G - two 2MP ones that cover depth and macro needs, a 48MP main camera and an 8MP ultrawide unit.
Like the Realme 7, the 7 5G has a 6.5-inch LCD, but here the refresh rate is higher - 120Hz vs 90Hz. The screen is bright and vibrant with good viewing angles. We'll dive deeper into screen quality in our review.
The Realme 7 5G uses the new 7nm Dimensity 800U 5G chipset, which keeps things running smoothly. The 120Hz display refresh rate is also lovely, adding up to a super smooth UI navigation.
Finishing things off is the generous 6/128GB base memory version and the ample 5,000mAh battery, which should deliver excellent endurance and we have a superb value proposition at under €300/£300.
Stay tuned for detailed Realme 7 5G review, which is coming shortly!
