The foldable Huawei Mate X2 we've been hearing about for a year now bagged TENAA certification last November, but its listing didn't detail the specs. However, reliable Chinese tipster Digital Chat Station has filled in the gaps, sharing the full specs of the Mate X2.
The Mate X2 will be powered by the Kirin 9000 SoC and feature an inward folding display with a resolution of 2480x2200 pixels and a diagonal of 8.01". The secondary screen on the outer cover will measure 6.45" diagonally and have 2700x1160-pixel resolution.
Huawei Mate X with outward folding displayThe Mate X2 will sport a 16MP selfie camera, with a 50MP primary camera joined by 16MP, 12MP, and 8MP units. The camera system will also offer 10x optical zoom.
On the software side, the Mate X2 will boot Android 10, and fueling the entire package will be a battery with a rated capacity of 4,400 mAh and 66W charging support.
The Huawei Mate X2 will weigh 295 grams and measure 161.8 x 145.8 x 8.2mm.
