Huawei to bring three new laptops tomorrow, Kirin 820E and new Mate X scheduled for March

The January 13 announcement for the new Matebook X series is scheduled for 3PM local time or 7AM UTC. While we don’t know much about the actual laptops, we expect to see a device with the new 11th gen Intel Tiger Lake H35 series chipsets that can reach up to 5 GHz clocks. There should also be new variants of the Matebook 13/14 series.

While Huawei’s business with smartphones is collateral in the trade war between China and the United States, its PC and laptop products have been going strong lately. Rumors are the Chinese company is developing its own App Store for PCs as well to further boost its own ecosystem.
