Xiaomi has been selling some of its Mi Notebook laptops without a camera, which is hardly ideal in these days of working and studying from home. Well today the company brought a new Mi Notebook 14 version that has an actual integrated webcam in the top bezel.
Other key specs of the laptop include a 10-gen Intel Core i5 processor and an attractive price, from INR43,999 ($600/€500) to INR49,999 ($680/€560), depending on configuration.
The new device's full name is Xiaomi Mi Notebook 14 (IC) and comes in three variants. The cheapest one comes has 8/256 GB memory and a basic Intel UHD Graphics 620 unit.
There’s a bit more expensive variant with twice the internal storage, while the most expensive third option offers 512GB storage, and an Nvidia GeForce MX250 graphics card.
Other specs include a 14" screen with 1080p resolution and 16:9 ratio. You get a SATA 3 SSD, and a 46 Wh battery. Connectivity options include a Wi-Fi 802.11ac module, Bluetooth 5.0, three USB ports, one HDMI port, and a 3.5mm audio jack.
The notebook weighs 1.5kg and measures just under 18mm thick - decently compact package if hardly the smallest around.
The Xiaomi Mi Notebook 14 (IC) can already be purchased from Xiaomi India’s website, Amazon, and Flipkart.
