What a week this was - let's recap it. Starting off with Xiaomi's Redmi Note 10 series, which debuted in India and went global a few hours after that. The Redmi Note 10 Pro globally, and Pro Max in India, is the best Redmi Note in existence with a 120Hz AMOLED and a 108MP ISOCELL HM2 main camera. It is joined by the Redmi Note 10, Redmi Note 10S and Redmi Note 10 5G globally. India received the Redmi Note 10 Pro and Redmi Note 10 alongside the Pro Max.
Globally the Redmi Note 10 series will debut on March 8, India will get them starting March 16.
Realme brought the Realme GT 5G flagship with a 6.43-inch FullHD+ Super AMOLED with 120Hz refresh rate, Snapdragon 888 with 8GB or 12GB of RAM and 64MP main camera. It starts at the unbelievable CNY2,799 ($430/€360), but is a China-exclusive for now.
Meizu announced its 18 series in China. The Meizu 18 Pro has a 6.7-inch 120HZ AMOLED display, Snapdragon 888 chipset and 50MP Samsung GN1 main camera, while the Meizu 18 is equipped with a more-compact 6.2-inch 120Hz AMOLED, Snapdragon 888 chipset and a 64MP Sony IMX682 main camera. Both Meizu 18 phones will launch in China on March 8.
nubia gave us the Red Magic 6 and Red Magic 6 Pro, premiering 165Hz refresh rate on smartphones. The pair offer Snapdragon 888 chipsets and a 6.8-inch FHD+ AMOLED display that can drop to 30Hz, when showing non-dynamic content, but can quickly scale up to 120Hz in menus or apps and up to 165Hz in supported game titles. First sales of the pair of smartphones begin in China on March 11.
Next week will bring a few announcements as well - the OnePlus 9 series will get an official announcement day on Monday, March 8. Then Oppo's Find X3 series go live on March 11. Stay tuned!
