Google launched the Pixel Watch yesterday and the wearable comes with Wear OS 3.5. The new user interface does not work with the old Wear OS by Google Smartwatch, meaning this device got its proprietary app.
The application is now listed at Google Play only - it won’t pair with iPhones, because the Watch requires phone with Android 8.0 or newer, Google Account, and internet access.
We can see from the uploaded screenshots users will be able to customize the watch face and what info to receive on it, there will be Notifications support, and the Exercise and Daily heart rate will be linked with Fitbit. There is also Google Maps support which would make navigation on unknown streets a lot easier and safer.

Google Pixel Watch app interface
Sadly, the app will work only with Google Pixel Watch users. Anyone else downloading it will receive a prompt to purchase one with a link, leading to Google’s website. The Wi-Fi version costs $350/€380, while the LTE is $400/€430, although it is free with a Pixel 7 Pro pre-order.
