Honor X50 benchmarks reveal impressive CPU performance

Honor X50 is arriving on July 5 with a Snapdragon 6 Gen 1 chipset. The phone now went through the AnTuTu and Geekbench benchmarks, revealing more details about the 4 nm platform.

Leaksters claim it will be on par with Snapdragon 778G+, but our recent tests show the numbers are similar to Dimensity 7050-powered devices with one major difference - multi-core CPU performance is much better.

Qualcomm launched the Snapdragon 6 Gen 1 as an evolution over the Snapdragon 695 with improvements across the board, including a 40% jump in computational performance and 35% better graphics. Both the Geekbench and AnTuTu results are similar to our in-house tests of the Realme 11 Pro, benchmarked on the latest versions.

We did see a Geekbench 5 listing earlier. While the numbers did suggest a similar comparison with the current Realme midrangers, we believe it is fair to put new phones to new versions of benchmarking platforms.

Honor promised X50 to have a big screen, massive battery, and the mightiest RAM and storage combo ever for an X series. The price is rumored to start from CNY1,599, which is about $220, but we highly doubt it will be for the 16/512 GB variant.
